Core Commercial Contracting: Lead the negotiation and lifecycle of Engine's most important commercial agreements — including OMNI Partner Network rate distribution agreements, online booking tool (OBT) partnerships, customer contracts, and inbound vendor and SaaS agreements – with a pragmatic, business-forward lens.

Cross-Functional Business Partnership: Partner closely with Partnerships, Sales, Procurement, Finance, and Product teams to move deals forward, unlock new opportunities, and deliver legally compliant experiences for our customers and partners.

Program & Framework Leadership: Continually enhance Engine's contract templates, playbooks, and CLM workflows to scale legal support across the enterprise, build tiered review models, and embed legal early in the deal cycle.

Strategic Legal Advisory: Provide practical, business-oriented guidance to internal stakeholders on commercial risk, contract escalation, and issue resolution, ensuring every negotiation reflects Engine's risk appetite and commercial objectives.

Experience: 3–5 years of hands-on commercial contracts experience, either in-house or at a firm with an established commercial transactional practice, backed by a J.D. with an active bar admission in good standing. Prior experience in fintech or travel technology is a plus.
