Leading and participating in User Access Management design, implementation, enhancement and maintenance.

Analyzing, designing, developing, and testing of Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) security components.

Providing user provisioning and role design/development/testing in accordance with SoD protocol and Security.

Ability to assess client specific security requirements and be able to propose potential solutions beyond standard SAP security such as ABAC based controls, Information Assurance, etc.

Experience with budgeting, staffing, forecasting and work planning.

Manage a team, including mentoring and training junior team members.
