This is a hybrid role based out of our New York City office, with regular in-office expectations.

Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship, now or in the future. Candidates must be within commuting distance of our New York City office. Relocation assistance is not available.

Manage and maintain production and delivery calendars across EMARKETER Advisory initiatives to ensure deadlines and milestones are met.

Track project progress and coordinate across strategy, data, and sales teams to ensure alignment and execution.

Maintain and update internal reporting systems, including Salesforce (SFDC) and executive reporting (ExCo), ensuring accuracy and consistency.

Support sales readiness by organizing materials, tracking commitments, and ensuring follow-through on deliverables.

Partner with internal stakeholders to ensure the team is prepared for upcoming client conversations and engagements.
