Responsibilities
Install, program, trouble shoot and service low voltage security systems
Work with platforms including Lenel, S2, Axis, Motorola, Avigilon, and DMP, Securecare, Ascom, Tektone, CCure, Genetech and others
Troubleshoot and resolve system issues on demand
Trouble alarm monitoring setup and integration challenges
Maintain clean, professional work and strong customer communication
Collaborate with service manager, project managers and field teams to address customer service request on demand.
You've got what it takes if you have...
5+ years of field experience with access control, CCTV, door hardware, low voltage electronic system, IP cameras, intercoms, nurse call etc.
Proficiency with Lenel, S2, Ccure, Axis, Genetec, Brivo, Motorola, Avigilon, and Burglary Alarm systems are required; certifications are preferred.
Strong troubleshooting skills and attention to detail
Ability to work independently or as part of a team
Clean driving record and ability to pass background check
