Produce and present weekly project status reports to stakeholders.
Prioritize multiple projects during team planning meetings to optimize resource allocation.
Lead and ensure successful delivery of Oracle and other CRM implementation initiatives.
Manage teams responsible for application design, development, and support of Oracle-related projects.
Ensure systems meet defined business expectations, oversee proper testing, and monitor performance in coordination with development teams.

Required
Several years of experience in project coordination and project management roles, with a strong focus on Oracle implementations.
Functional expertise in Oracle applications, with a solid understanding of business processes and system capabilities.
Proficient in core project management practices, including issue, risk, and escalation management, stakeholder communication, and quality assurance.
Hands-on experience delivering Oracle projects using various project management methodologies, with recent experience working in Agile environments.
Successfully managed the implementation and enhancement of Oracle applications in alignment with defined business requirements.
Skilled in defining business requirements, writing user stories, and contributing to detailed system and functional design efforts; integration experience is a plus.
Experience developing and maintaining support documentation such as Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and knowledge base content.
Background in application support with familiarity in ITIL-based support frameworks.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, including facilitation, stakeholder presentations, and negotiation.
Consulting Cloud Certification or relevant Oracle certifications are a plus.
Thorough understanding of information technology procedures and practices.
