Respond quickly to inbound leads from marketing campaigns, website inquiries, content downloads, and product sign-ups, qualifying them and creating sales opportunities

Manage and prioritize a high volume of inbound requests to ensure every prospect receives a timely, high-quality response

Work closely with Account Executives and your fellow SDRs to hand off qualified opportunities and build a strong sales pipeline of new logos, striving to exceed quarterly sales targets

Partner with Marketing to provide feedback on lead quality and campaign performance, and with Sales Ops and Sales Engineers to ensure sales effectiveness

Have a depth of understanding regarding customer needs in the ASR space, competition, and Deepgram products to be able to fully articulate our value proposition

Identify the speech recognition use cases behind each inbound inquiry to route and position opportunities effectively
