Have a bachelor's degree and 2+ years of experience in operations, engineering, analytics, consulting, or a related field

Notice inefficiencies and gaps in teams, tools, and processes, and take the initiative to improve them

Pragmatic about problem-solving and think carefully about which solution best fits your problem (e.g., spreadsheets, scripts, AI)

Comfortable digging into complex ideas and making them clear for others

Self-starter and able to set your own direction in ambiguous situations

Humble about what you know and don’t know, and not afraid to ask questions

Technical skills are a plus but not a requirement—we care more about how you think than what you can build
