- The Senior Director, Credit Risk Analytics is a pivotal leadership role responsible for credit underwriting, pricing, verification strategies, and the overall credit performance of our Personal Loan business. In this role, you will review, analyze, and elevate our credit, pricing, and verification strategies by leveraging ML/AI models and data to drive profitable growth and attractive investor returns.
- The ideal candidate brings deep consumer lending expertise but remains endlessly curious. You will be a hands-on leader who guides the team in developing automated decisioning strategies, owning the end-to-end process to support profitable growth while effectively managing credit and fraud losses.
