Responsibilities
We are looking for a Senior Director of Engineering to lead the Integrations, Workflows / Orchestration and Data Management groups a within our Platform Engineering organization. This is a high-impact, high-visibility leadership role responsible for the connectors, integrations and outgoing data orchestration to push ZoomInfo’s data product to customer systems.
Integrations - connects ZoomInfo's data product to the systems our customers already run — CRM, marketing automation, sales engagement, data warehouses, and BI platforms — through a growing library of native connectors and APIs.
Workflows and Orchestration - powers the automated, multi-step processes that move and act on data across systems — from account matching to complex, event-driven business logic triggered by buying signals and business rules.
Data Management - keeps data ZoomInfo delivers clean, current, and trustworthy — covering deduplication, standardization, enrichment, and continuous verification across customer systems.
This role sits at the critical junction of activation – enabling the export and consumption of ZoomInfo’s data product to customers and their systems. You will set the strategic direction, drive platform modernization, and build the organizational systems that allow us to continue expanding our data reach. You will do this through three experienced Managers who bring deep technical expertise — your job is to provide the vision, remove obstacles, and ensure the work connects to business outcomes.
Strategic Leadership & Team Development
Lead and develop three experienced Managers and their teams (~40 engineers and contractors) spanning Integrations, Workflows and Orchestration, and Data Management.
Set the multi-quarter roadmap across all three pillars, balancing new connector and workflow capacity, platform reliability, data quality, and compliance priorities.
Build a high-performance engineering culture grounded in ownership, accountability, and operational excellence across distributed, event-driven systems.
Drive headcount planning, organizational design, and career development frameworks that attract and retain top talent across a distributed team.
Serve as a trusted partner to the VP of Software Engineering, contributing to broader platform engineering strategy and organizational decisions.
