Mintlify Deployment Manager responsible for managing the customer lifecycle from deal close through go-live and post-launch. The role involves coordinating across teams and troubleshooting technical issues during onboarding.
Responsibilities
The gap from signed contract to successfully going-live represents one of the most important surface areas in the customer lifecycle. In this role, you will own that gap, coordinating across Customer Success, Sales, Engineering, and the customer’s own teams to ensure enterprise plan customers have smooth, on-time, and high quality migrations to Mintlify.
Own the customer relationship from from deal close through go-live and the first 14 days post launch.
Perform migration scoping pre-sales so that each deal has clear deliverables and boundaries before kickoff.
Make changes to customer’s documentation repos such as adding custom scripts, editing API specs, and defining React custom components.
Advise customers on best practices with onboarding to Mintlify.
