🤝 Key Responsibilities:
Design, build, maintain, and improve backend services for Braiins Pool, Hashpower, and related market-oriented products.
Reason about how service behavior, configuration changes, pricing or allocation logic, data quality, latency, and reliability can affect users and market dynamics.
Work with Rust/Tokio microservices, gRPC/Protocol Buffers, Kafka, PostgreSQL/SQLx, Consul, Vault, Docker, Kubernetes, and GitLab CI/CD.
Contribute to API design, service communication, data flows, database changes, testing, observability, and production readiness.
Collaborate with product, analytics, frontend, QA, support, SRE, and platform teams to deliver reliable product changes with clearly understood impact.
Use data, logs, metrics, experiments, and statistical reasoning to validate assumptions and assess the effect of changes.
Improve internal Rust libraries, service patterns, development workflows, and shared engineering practices.
Help maintain or modernize Python-based tools and legacy services where needed.
Participate in code reviews, technical decisions, refactoring, documentation, and continuous improvement of backend quality.
Use AI tools responsibly to accelerate research, implementation, testing, documentation, automation, and delivery while keeping strong human ownership, review, security, and production quality.
