Robinhood Staff Product Manager at Robinhood owning third-party integration strategy and acting as product owner for the integration platform. Leads commercial and technical conversations with partners and represents Robinhood in the RIA industry.
Responsibilities
Own our third-party integration strategy end-to-end — from prioritizing and scoping which APIs and connectivity we build (including emerging AI-agent standards like MCP) to defining the sandbox, documentation, authentication, and governance that make us easy to integrate with.
Be the primary, outward-facing product owner for our technology-partner ecosystem — leading commercial and technical conversations with PMS/CRM vendors and AI-native advisor tools, scoping statements of work, setting production-access requirements, and representing Robinhood at industry events and with key RIA-industry influencers.
Build and run the framework for how we tier, prioritize, and resource integration requests across dozens of vendors and advisor firms at once — balancing large-firm strategic bets against overall platform coherence and engineering capacity.
Partner closely with engineering to translate advisor and partner needs into technical requirements and make the build-vs-partner-vs-defer calls — comfortable reading an API spec or discussing an SSO/OAuth flow directly with a partner's engineering team.
Develop a clear point of view on how AI and agentic workflows are changing custodial integrations
Represent the integrations function in Robinhood's broader next-generation custody roadmap, working closely with cross-functional partners across product, engineering, and operations to keep near-term integration work aligned with our long-term vision for advisor-facing custody.
6+ years of product management experience, with a meaningful portion spent in a technical, platform, or API/integrations-focused PM role.
Experience working at a high-growth fintech company, with a track record of navigating the regulatory, compliance, and legacy-system realities that shape technical integration work in financial services.
A strong, informed point of view on how AI is reshaping fintech and advisor workflows — ideally backed by direct experience shipping AI-enabled features or evaluating AI-native vendors and partners.
Genuinely technical and a proven builder — comfortable as the primary point of contact with external partner engineering teams, able to reason through API design, auth (SSO/SAML/OAuth), and data models, with a track record of shipping developer-facing platform capabilities (documentation, sandboxes, versioning) in a regulated or enterprise B2B environment.
Experience running a partner or vendor ecosystem: prioritization frameworks, SOWs/contracts, production-access gating, and managing a portfolio of integrations at very different maturity stages at the same time.
Excellent written and verbal communication — you can flex between a technical design conversation with engineering and a strategic partnership conversation with an executive or advisor.
