Maymobility Senior Systems Engineer responsible for systems integration and validation of Next Gen Autonomous Driving Kit. Align software, hardware, and product targets across multi-disciplinary teams and OEM partners.

Responsibilities

Leverage system-level understanding to support cross-functional engineering efforts
Ensure software, hardware, and product requirements remain aligned across ADK 6.0 program
Own systems integration and validation activities to ensure platform performance
Define and develop metrics to verify system and subsystem requirements
Create and maintain requirement specifications analyzing stakeholder, product, and safety requirements
Support system design activities and assess impact and conformance to requirements
Collaborate with test and validation teams to define verification criteria
Review legacy requirements for completeness and correctness
Develop and maintain polished requirements for OEM partner collaboration
Identify, negotiate, and resolve cross-functional trade-offs and conflicts

Qualification

Experience in Autonomous VehiclesExperience working in a startupPhysical Requirements

Required

Candidates most successful in this role typically hold the following qualifications or comparable knowledge or experience:
Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited university
5+ years experience in automotive engineering working on software, hardware, or combined hardware/software products
A Master’s degree in Engineering or equivalent experience
Experience integrating and validating combined hardware/software systems at the vehicle or platform level
Experience supporting OEM platform programs or working directly with OEM partners
Knowledge of automotive and autonomous vehicle technologies, such as LIDAR, radar, ethernet, and CAN
Experience with requirements management tooling and requirement-based design
Experience in Autonomous Vehicles, Machine Learning, Robotics, Internet of Things (IoT), or Mobile Applications
Experience working in a startup
