Anduril Industries Corporate Paralegal at Anduril Industries providing paralegal and administrative support to the Corporate and M&A team. Responsible for corporate formalities, governance, and supporting M&A and financing transactions.
Responsibilities
Assist and support in the planning and execution of mergers and acquisitions, venture financings, and stock administration, including maintaining and managing complex data rooms
Prepare and maintain records and documentation for all corporate governance matters including domestic and foreign entity formations and dissolutions, board and stockholder meeting minutes and consents, and entity governance documents
Support, track, and complete various entity annual reports, business license renewals, and other corporate governance matters as needed
Support the execution of equity transactions, including the administration of stock certificates and any required securities filings
Coordinate document executions, including notarizations, apostilles, and fingerprinting, with Anduril’s executive team
Support and manage various special projects within the team as needed, with the ability to own workstreams and create fast and lightweight workflows to keep the company organized and efficient

Required
At least 4 years of relevant experience, specifically surrounding corporate governance, entity management, and M&A
Bachelor’s degree and a paralegal certificate
Demonstrated accuracy, thoroughness, and ability to work independently and as a member of a team
Persistence to overcome obstacles and ability to complete work in a timely manner, with the ability to establish and maintain effective relationships with the executive team and employees across all levels of the company
Ability to respond promptly to internal client requests and deal with inquiries from affiliated entities, identifying issues and solving practical problems independently
Exceptional attention to detail, excellent communication and writing skills, and ability to organize and prioritize workload
Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and be self-motivated to take ownership of assigned tasks with little to no supervision
Flexibility to work beyond normal business hours when necessary
Ability to build strong relationships within the team and cross-functionally, including Corporate Development, Treasury, Finance, and Growth/Business Development
Proficiency in productivity tools such as Airtable, Slack, DocuSign, Adobe, SharePoint, and Jira
Proficiency in management tools such as CT Corp, hCue, and CSC

The salary range for this role is an estimate based on a wide range of compensation factors, inclusive of base salary only.
