Dvtrading Trading Intern at DV Commodities to learn and rotate across trading desks, building and maintaining applications to support trading activities. The role involves creating analytics dashboards and back-testing novel trading ideas.
Responsibilities
Work closely with teams to learn different trading strategies
Rotate on at least 2 desks to explore trading styles
Build and maintain applications that assist trading activities
Create new Analytics Dashboards
Back-test and present novel trading ideas
Qualification
Required
Currently pursuing a degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, Engineering or a related field and expected to graduate by Summer 2028
Strong interest in trading and model development
High level of proficiency with Python and Excel
Strong work ethic and ability to learn quickly in a fast-paced, high-pressure setting
Demonstrated ability to learn and apply new concepts
Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team environment
Ability to work onsite at our New York office 5 days a week
