BoschGroup Receiving Associate I at BoschGroup responsible for receiving, verifying, and managing material shipments. Utilize RF scanners and counting scales to maintain accurate inventory and support secondary processes.

Responsibilities

Receive incoming material from supplier against Purchase Orders
Load and unload supplier and inter-plant trucks
Verify accuracy of inbound and outbound material
Maintain accurate shipment records for accounting, purchasing, and warranty
Manage picking and receiving of parts for Honing
Adjust material quantities to assure accurate inventory
Work with Quality to assure inspection process is seamless
Pull, pick, and ship material for Purchase Orders per production schedule
Utilize RF Scanners and Fourthshift to receive material and make adjustments
Fulfill prototype order requests
Assure material is properly located in stockrooms
Manage movement of parts from receiving and secondary process lines to stock

Required

HS diploma or Equivalent
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
Attention to detail
Beginner computer skills
Basic Math Skills
Coordinate workflow with other team members
Ability to count parts using a counting scale
Ability to operate material handling machinery such as pallet jacks, stackers and aerial lifts
Forklift certification preferred
Physical Requirements
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to do the following:
Lift and move up to 50 pounds repetitively
