Anduril Industries The Electrical Engineer, Intelligence Systems at Anduril Industries focuses on sustaining electrical product performance post-production by triaging failures and driving root cause investigations. This role collaborates cross-functionally to ensure reliable delivery and continuous improvement of fielded systems.

Responsibilities

Triage product failures from production and the field, prioritizing by severity and population impact
Drive root cause investigations down to the electrical component and PCB fabrication level as needed, landing corrective actions as process or design updates
Collect, manage, and analyze failure and field data to quantify population-level impact and trends
Work cross-functionally with Quality, Supply Chain, and Production Operations to keep builds on plan
Surface and escalate issues that threaten the build schedule, and drive them to resolution
Implement design and process changes that improve yield, reliability, and manufacturability
Evaluate supplier product change notifications (PCNs) and assess their impact to the production environment, partnering with the design team to update the design as needed
Support production test, debug, and failure analysis at the board and system level
Track and report on sustainment metrics, corrective action status, and open production issues
Work in a fast-paced environment, having to juggle multiple concurrent projects and customers
