Business and Laboratory Operations Manager, Drug Discovery & Development Sciences

Required

• PhD in the life sciences with 3–5 years of laboratory-based industry experience in nonclinical operations, business operations, laboratory management, or related functions; OR a Master’s degree with 7+ years of relevant biotech/pharmaceutical industry experience.
• Strong organizational, operational, and project coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively across functions and organizational levels.
• Proven ability to identify operational gaps, remove bottlenecks, and implement process improvements that enhance organizational effectiveness.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently with strong attention to detail, sound judgment, and execution excellence.
• Experience with project management, vendor management, budgeting, and/or scientific operations tools is preferred.

• Business and Laboratory Operations Manager: $163,000 - $209,000
