Cssmerge Associate Construction Project Manager supervises contractors onsite to ensure safe, efficient work and verifies quality meets specifications. Supports project schedules, budgets, and coordinates installations and facility turnover.
Responsibilities
Supervise contractors onsite to ensure all work is executed safely, efficiently, and according to plan.
Verify onsite work to confirm that the delivered quality meets all specifications and standards.
Assist and guide contractors in resolving constructability, scheduling, and inspection issues as they arise.
Support the planning and implementation of project schedules and budgets.
Review and manage the flow of submittals related to owner-furnished items.
Coordinate onsite sequencing for installations, utility companies, and facility turnover to operations.
Qualification
Experience with ProcoreStrong onsite supervision experience
Required
Experience with Procore, Bluebeam Revu, and MS Project.
Strong onsite supervision experience, ideally supporting multiple contractors and workstreams.
Ability to verify construction quality and flag inconsistencies or risks proactively.
Solid understanding of construction scheduling, budgeting, and project controls.
Strong coordination and communication skills to ensure alignment across contractors, vendors, and internal teams.
