Principal CRO and Web Analyst

Required

• You have 10+ years of professional experience, including 6–8 years in conversion rate optimization, web analytics, experimentation, or a related field
• You have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to turn data into clear narratives and decisions
• You have experience with user behavior data, funnel reporting, audience segmentation, and testing methodologies
• You have experience with analytics and experimentation tools such as GA4, Metabase, Datadog Digital Experience tools, VWO, or similar platforms
• You are comfortable influencing cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders, guiding prioritization and investment decisions using data
• You bring strong attention to detail and high standards for data accuracy, instrumentation, and measurement integrity
