Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end program governance including defining operational rhythms, milestones, success metrics, and risk mitigation strategies
Scale program impact using sophisticated program management methodologies, frameworks, and tools to drive efficiency across the organization
Leverage AI to enhance our program management methodology by defining, building, and documenting AI-driven processes to increase overall program efficiency and effectiveness
Own reporting for C-level executives and cross-functional leadership and drive broader evangelization of program vision, goals, and progress throughout Okta
Orchestrate cross-functional meetings, define clear agendas and objectives, document decisions and next steps, and drive stakeholder accountability
Perform ad-hoc analyses to support critical strategic initiatives
What you'll bring to the role:
6-8+ years in management consulting, business operations, or GTM/Product-centric roles
Proven success managing complex, high-stakes cross-functional initiatives in fast-paced environments
Strong technical and financial acumen with the ability to master new domains quickly
Superior written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to distill complex ideas for any audience
Exceptional ability to apply structure and clarity to ambiguous situations

The annual base salary range for this position for candidates located in the San Francisco Bay area is between:
$162,000—$222,000 USD
Below is the annual base salary range for candidates located in California (excluding San Francisco Bay Area), Colorado, Illinois, New York and Washington. Your actual base salary will depend on factors such as your skills, qualifications, experience, and work location.
