Maintain and update tooling trackers and engineering request status to ensure accurate and current program information.

Verify tooling quantities, engineering data, and overall accuracy of tooling records and documentation.

Develop, maintain, and support tooling status reports and dashboards using Power BI.

Track supplier quote requests, monitor responses, and follow up on outstanding quotations.

Ensure all tooling-related documentation, quotes, drawings, and engineering files are properly stored and maintained within SharePoint and other data repositories.

Establish and manage shared data locations to support collaboration between suppliers and internal engineering teams.

Schedule and coordinate design reviews, engineering meetings, supplier meetings, and project status reviews.

Participate in quote reviews and support tooling sourcing and procurement activities.

Track engineering gate approvals and project milestones from design through fabrication and implementation.

Monitor project progress, identify risks or roadblocks, and communicate status updates to stakeholders.

Coordinate engineering changes and communicate prototype modifications to suppliers to ensure accurate fabrication and production builds.

Create and maintain 3D CAD models, assemblies, and detailed manufacturing drawings.
