Finni Health Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) role providing individualized treatment plans and collaborating with families and professionals. Supports clients with autism and developmental needs in a flexible, part-time position with paid indirect hours and mentorship.

Responsibilities

Support clients by developing and implementing individualized treatment plans
Work directly with clients and model strategies for technicians and caregivers
Collect and analyze data to guide progress
Collaborate with families, schools, and other professionals
Attend team meetings and participate in ongoing clinical reviews
Maintain documentation that’s ethical, accurate, and HIPAA-compliant

Required

Someone who is a credentialed BCBA in good standing
A passion for helping individuals with autism and developmental needs
Strong understanding of ABA principles and data collection
Great communication skills and a collaborative attitude
Commitment to ethical, culturally respectful care
Completion of New Mexico's background check registry
