State License Requirements & Hiring Considerations: Active, unrestricted, and unencumbered professional licenses in one or more U.S. state(s) are required, and at least one must be in a state where we currently have an active hiring need. Multistate licensure, or eligibility to license across states through the IMLC, is required.
A note on state licensing: We hire against specific state-level needs that shift on an ongoing basis. All active and pending licenses, including IMLC- eligibility based licensure, are collected, reviewed, and kept on file. We regularly revisit applications as needs expand and when experience, licensure, and role requirements align.
