Responsibilities
Serve as a primary day-to-day leader on Advisory engagements
Manage and nurture small teams to diagnose and solve complex organizational and operational problems
Own workstreams on strategy, operating model, org design, or change management from framing through delivery
Execute projects from start to finish including planning, estimation, execution, issue/risk management, and resource allocation
Design and facilitate client workshops, stakeholder interviews, and working sessions
Develop and socialize change strategies, stakeholder impact assessments, communications plans, and training approaches
Translate complex qualitative and quantitative analysis into clear executive-ready deliverables and narratives
Coach and develop Associates and Senior Consultants through feedback, delegation, and career conversations
