Responsibilities

Manage your own practice with flexibility to set working hours
Conduct sessions via telehealth or in-person
Bring your existing clients and receive new referrals
Use AI-powered tools to reduce administrative tasks and enhance client engagement
Collaborate with clients to set and track goals
Align with clients on diagnoses, goals, and care plans
Review and send client-friendly summaries of key insights
Support clients with AI-guided journaling prompts between sessions

Qualification

Master's degree or higher in counselingPay

Required

Master's degree or higher in counseling, psychology, social work, or a related field.
Must be fully licensed by the State Board to provide therapy independently and without supervision (e.g., LPC, LCSW, LMFT, LMHC, LCPC, LCSW-C, LISW, or LP).
Pay: $90-$114 per hour. Pay rates are based on the provider license type, session location, and session types.
