Required

• Currently enrolled in a BS/BA program.
• 0-2 years of previous administrative experience.
• Previous finance industry or operations experience preferred.
• Strong organizational skills, extremely detail oriented.
• Self-starter with the willingness to learn.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize workload in an environment of tight deadlines and high quality standards.
• Must be team oriented and able to operate autonomously and collaboratively.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and a professional, proactive attitude.
• Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with appropriate discretion.
• No regular travel is required for this role.
• For New York: The hourly range for this position is $28.00 - $30.00. The hourly range represents the estimated low and high end for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation may vary and will be determined based on but not limited to, the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and Audax reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. An employee may also be eligible for annual discretionary incentive compensation based on performance.
