Support full-cycle recruitment for technical and non-technical roles from application review to onboarding

Screen and interview candidates for technical fit, culture alignment, and other requirements of the specific role

Build strong, genuine relationships with candidates by understanding their goals, experience, and career aspirations, and serving as a trusted point of contact throughout the hiring process

Write clear, compliant job descriptions aligned with contract requirements

Maintain and manage candidate pipelines in our Applicant Tracking System

Support social media and outreach campaigns to attract top talent

Maintain a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
