Senior Product Manager

Required

• You feel comfortable in the driver's seat and have a natural way of knowing how to get to the destination, but also know when it's time for others to drive.
• You've worked on successful digital consumer products for at least 2 years, preferably in a fast-paced startup environment.
• You can wear as many hats as necessary including marketer, researcher, interface designer, analyst, and friend.
• An interest in and/or history working on modern consumer financial tools and products, with your own perspective on how best to innovate in this space
• Current undergraduate and master students or early career professionals with high potential such as from consulting or investment banking.
• A passion for solving problems derived from data-driven thinking and user needs.
• A futurist who can collaboratively lead a team to build towards a vision.
• Highly motivated, curious, and adaptable individuals.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and first principles problem-solving skills
• Demonstrated leadership potential and eagerness to learn.
• Strategic thinker able to breakdown and organize problems, assess opportunity areas, and develop big ideas and priorities to move the business forward.
• Have strong bias to action and hunger to move fast and flexibly.
