Construction Superintendent - Renewable

Required

• Experienced construction professional with background and familiarity with solar, BESS, or wind projects.
• Skilled at coordinating multiple trades and managing electrical scopes in a fast-paced field environment.
• Strong communicator who builds trust with EPC partners, utilities, and internal teams.
• Excellent at documenting meetings, decisions, and site changes.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, Bluebeam, Adobe, and construction scheduling tools.
• Safety trained for field work (OSHA 10).
• Willing and able to travel to project sites across the United States.
• High school diploma required and additional coursework or a degree is preferred.
