Education: Minimum 4-year accredited degree in relevant discipline.

Experience: 2–3 years of experience with preference in midstream or utility industry experience.

Project Scope: Direct experience with meter stations, interconnects, and/or small-diameter pipelines is highly preferred.

Client Facing: Ability to manage "customer-driven" projects where high levels of communication are required.

Multi-Tasking: Proven ability to manage a portfolio of multiple smaller projects simultaneously at different stages of the lifecycle.

Soft Skills: Self-motivated with a "boots-on-the-ground" mentality; comfortable working with both field technicians and executive leadership.

Technical Tools: Proficiency in MS Office (Project/Excel). Experience with AutoCAD or hydraulic modeling (e.g., ProMax, Synergi) is a plus.

Travel: Ability to travel approximately 25-50% to project sites for kick-offs, tie-ins, construction oversight, commissioning, etc.
