Training and Performance Support Lead

Required

• 5+ years of experience conducting training across multiple geographic locations within the United States.
• 5+ years of experience developing, drafting, and maintaining training materials or curricula aligned with established standards.
• Demonstrated experience instructing military audiences in classroom and field environments.
• Strong understanding of training design methodologies and instructional standards.
• Ability to communicate complex intelligence concepts clearly and effectively.
• Bachelor’s degree with 10+ years of demonstrated experience in an intelligence discipline within the DoD or Intelligence Community (within the last 15 years), OR
• Associate’s degree with 12+ years of demonstrated experience in an intelligence discipline
• Clearance Requirements:
• Must possess an active TS/SCI level security clearance or higher

The base pay range for this position in these locations is shown below. Compensation for roles at Accenture Federal Services varies depending on a wide array of factors, including but not limited to office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
