Lead strategic, operational, and analytical initiatives for the Meta Alpha Model business in partnership with investment management teams.

Drive technical projects and new programs, from requirements and team formation through working group coordination.

Align deliverables with program goals and roadmap priorities, adjusting plans as needs change.

Plan resources and coordinate work across teams and projects.

Identify risks early and work with stakeholders to resolve issues.

Build and improve dashboards, reports, and tracking tools; maintain supporting data in MySQL, Vertica, and PostgreSQL.

Analyze initiative performance and report insights to guide decisions.

Improve Meta Alpha Model operations and lead process changes.

Translate business requirements into actionable plans and deliverables.

Lead stakeholder communications and cross-functional problem-solving, including presentations, newsletters, and content-process improvements.
