K2 Space Production Coordinator at K2spacecorporation manages satellite component flow across Engineering, Supply Chain, and Production teams. The role supports daily execution, resolves blockers, and maintains quality and schedule alignment.
Responsibilities
Track and manage parts through all stages of production, including procurement, kitting, assembly, test, and integration
Assist in planning and staging material for production builds, and efficiently identify and resolve part readiness issues prior to build start
Collaborate with Technicians, Engineers, and Production Managers to support daily execution and remove blockers
Support setup and optimization of lineside inventory by coordinating with Supply Chain and Production teams to stage parts at the point of use
Maintain and monitor lineside inventory levels through regular audits, compiling dashboard reports, restocking schedule, and ERP/MRP reports
Perform de-kitting and coordinate return to stock or return to vendor processes
Reconcile BOM discrepancies and assist in correcting system data in ERP/MRP tools
Support flight component receiving, kitting, and shipping operations as needed
Manage physical and digital library of calibrated tools in production areas
Qualification

Required
High school diploma or equivalent certification
3+ years of experience handling parts in a production manufacturing environment
Experience with MRP/ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Warp Drive etc.)
Preferred
Strong computer skills, familiar with the full suite of Microsoft Office products
Demonstrated inventory experience in a high paced environment
Experience in aerospace, automotive, semiconductor, or electronic manufacturing environments
Experience operating forklifts and other material handling equipment
Experience working with data tools (e.g., Tableau, Excel, or similar)
APICS certification
Bachelor’s degree in a business or technology field
