Inside Sales Representative (Chicago)

Required

• Demonstrates curiosity about AI tools and emerging technologies, with a willingness to learn and leverage them to enhance productivity, collaboration, or decision-making.
• 2+ years of experience in Sales or Outbound Sales Development with a strong track record of hitting or exceeding targets.
• Demonstrated experience up-selling, cross-selling, and hunting for net-new pipeline.
• Full-cycle closing exposure or a strong appetite to close, with a clear vision of developing into a future AE.
• Impeccable customer-facing skills with exceptional communication, empathy, and integrity.
• Ability to build and follow repeatable processes that support a high volume of concurrent customer interactions.
• Proficient with modern sales tech stacks; familiarity with Salesforce, Outreach, ZoomInfo, or similar platforms preferred.
• Growth-oriented and adaptable — you bring a strategic mindset and genuine appetite for coaching and development, thriving in fast-moving, ambiguous environments where you can find creative paths forward.

• For this role, the On-Target Earnings (OTE) range is $94,000 - $104,000 (based on the terms of the Sales Incentive Plan and level). These ranges are a guideline; actual base salary and OTE may vary based on various factors, including market and individual qualifications objectively assessed during the interview process, and the ranges for this role may be modified.
