Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or equivalent experience

2+ years of software development experience in one or more languages such as Python or TypeScript/JavaScript

Experience building and consuming REST APIs and microservices

Familiarity with Gitlab CI/CD pipelines and deployment

Demonstrated experience using AI-assisted coding tools (such as Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, or similar) in a professional or project setting

Working knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and infrastructure fundamentals

Strong communication and collaboration skills with an ability to work across technical and non-technical teams

Curiosity-driven problem solver with a strong desire to improve developer experience and reduce toil

Above and Beyond Qualifications: (preferred qualifications):

Experience building internal developer tooling

Familiarity with infrastructure-as-code tools (Terraform or CDK & CloudFormation)

Experience with container technologies (Docker, Kubernetes) in a development or platform context
