Alpaca Health Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) at Alpaca Health to work one-on-one with children with autism implementing behavior strategies. Provides direct support under BCBA mentorship.

Responsibilities

You’ll work one-on-one with kids with autism in their homes, classrooms, and communities. Every day is different. You’ll follow a personalized plan from your BCBA, implement behavior strategies, collect data, and build the consistent relationships that help kids grow. Your BCBA is closely involved and reachable, so there’s no guessing and no flying solo.
What’s in it for you:

Direct mentorship from a dedicated BCBA, not managers or a corporate chain of command
Full-time or part-time (some flexibility across mornings, afternoons, and evenings is needed to meet client needs; not sure if a schedule fits? Just ask, we have many)

Depending on the practice: training reimbursement and paid hands-on learning for those earning their certification
