Responsibilities
We are seeking an exceptionally talented Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team in New York. A successful candidate will have demonstrated experience managing the full lifecycle of recruitment, providing best a best-in-class candidate experience.
This role will work closely across multiple different teams to execute on the firm’s talent acquisition strategy and will have a strong emphasis on managing roles across the front office landscape including Quants, Strategists, Risk and Technology.

Required
5+ years of lateral recruiting experience in financial services with a mixture of inhouse and agency experience preferred
Experience recruiting Quant/Strat roles
An understanding of key terminology, programming languages and business acumen across the quant space
Experience running a process from start to finish acting as a trusted advisor throughout
Ability to build excellent relationships with internal stakeholders and search firms
Experience and willingness to support roles outside of Quant
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, demanding environment
Strong attention to detail; Exceptionally organized and detail-oriented
Excellent written, verbal and non-verbal communication skills
