Litellm Business Manager at LiteLLM responsible for finance, people operations, legal, and office management to ensure smooth company operations. Manage bookkeeping, payroll, contracts, and support executive and recruiting functions.
Responsibilities
We’re looking for a Business Manager to own the operational backbone of LiteLLM. You’ll make sure our finances are accurate, our people are supported, and important administrative, legal, and operational work gets handled with urgency.
This is a hands-on role for someone who takes pride in knowing where every dollar went, notices when something is wrong, and follows through until it is fixed. Finance and bookkeeping will be the foundation of the role, with additional ownership across people operations, office management, recruiting coordination, and executive operations.
You do not need to be a CFO, CPA, lawyer, or HR executive. You do need to understand what you know, recognize what you don’t, and exercise good judgment about when to bring in an expert. You’ll work with external accountants, legal counsel, and other specialists, but you will remain accountable for the quality and completion of the work.
