Anduril's Fury team builds cutting-edge defense hardware in Columbus, Ohio, including flight vehicles, static equipment, and moving ground equipment, as part of the effort to rebuild the arsenal. You will rapidly iterate and industrialize aircraft-class hardware from prototype through rate.

Fury is Anduril's autonomous air vehicle (a Collaborative Combat Aircraft) designed to fly alongside crewed fighters. Manufacturing Fury means aircraft structures, composites, and complex electromechanical integration at scale.

Own a portion or all of the manufacturing value chain for a product or set of products.

Develop novel tooling solutions for the fabrication and assembly of structural parts.

Develop process flows that break large, complex assemblies into a logical part flow of subassemblies and sub-processes.

Own build documentation at scale (work instructions, quality plans, and inspection requirements), and drive DFM and DFX upstream into design.

Partner with contract manufacturers across PCBA fabrication, metallic manufacturing, and assembly for repeatable quick-turn and at-scale processes.

Build prototype hardware hands-on, and contribute to end-customer mechanical and electrical design, including interconnects, board fabrication, and inspection.

Lead root-cause, mentor junior staff, and travel to suppliers to solve production issues.

Operate with incomplete or still-evolving design inputs: ask the right questions, work from first principles, and create structure where none yet exists.
