Responsibilities

Slot Game Modeling: Calculate and build core math models for assigned games, including Return to Player (RTP) percentages, hit frequencies, and game play profiles.
Iterative Tuning: Iterate on game math throughout development, tuning parameters based on playtests, internal feedback, and early performance data while keeping RTP targets intact.
Innovation Design: Design and implement slot game mechanics, bonus rounds, free spins, and overall game feel, verifying accuracy through combinatorial analysis and theoretical calculations.
Collaboration & Communication: A collaborative team player who communicates technical design concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences—from artists to developers—while proactively asking questions and learning in a technical environment.
