Instructional Design & Learning Strategy

Partner with the Sales Enablement team to identify learning objectives and design training that maps to real seller behavior gaps, not just information delivery.

Apply basic instructional design principles such as writing learning objectives, building knowledge checks, and creating rubrics to structure training modules, onboarding paths, and skill-building content.

Help build a learning curriculum and content calendar, sequencing topics so training builds on itself week over week.

Design assessments or knowledge checks to measure whether training actually lands, and iterate based on results.

Collaborate & Ideate

Brainstorm and develop a weekly communications and training strategy for the sales org

Gather feedback from sellers and sales leaders to identify skill gaps and translate them into learning content

Multimedia Content Creation (in service of learning outcomes)

Design and produce high-quality visual assets like videos, GIFs, animations, infographics, job aids, and written stories.

Build quick-reference job aids and microlearning modules that reinforce longer-form training.
