Required

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
5+ years of experience in a Customer Engineer, Solutions Engineer, or similar customer-facing technical role.
Proven experience supporting Department of Defense (DOD) customers.
Demonstrable experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) services and architecture.
Strong understanding of cloud cost optimization strategies and resource management.
Experience with service automation concepts and tools, including templatization of common requests.
Familiarity with Zero Trust principles and cybersecurity accreditation processes (e.g., RMF).
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for diverse audiences.
Ability to gather, analyze, and document customer requirements effectively.
Active Secret or Top Secret security clearance (or ability to obtain and maintain one) is required.

Preferred

Google Cloud certifications (e.g., Professional Cloud Architect, Professional Cloud Engineer).
Experience with scripting languages (e.g., Python, Bash) for automation.
Understanding of government compliance standards and regulations related to cloud usage.
Prior experience supporting AFRL specific initiatives or platforms.
The salary range for this position is estimated to be between $145,000.00 - $175,000.00, commensurate on experience and technical skillset.
This position is primarily remote and will require support out of one of the following Dark Wolf Hubs - Herndon, VA; Tampa, FL; San Antonio, TX; Colorado Springs, CO; Ogden, UT; or Omaha, NE. Key responsibilities include:
