Responsibilities
We are looking for an experienced HVAC Maintenance Technician who knows how to troubleshoot a system, take care of the customer, and provide the right solution.
Diagnose, service, repair, and maintain residential HVAC systems
Perform preventative maintenance and system tune-ups
Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, airflow, refrigerant, and control issues
Service furnaces, boilers, heat pumps, mini splits, central AC systems, and air handlers
Explain findings and present repair or replacement options to homeowners
Identify opportunities for system upgrades and maintenance agreements
Complete estimates, invoices, and service documentation accurately
Maintain company vehicle, tools, parts, and equipment
Follow EPA, OSHA, and company safety standards
Provide a professional customer experience from start to finish
Skills & Experience
Qualification
1+ years of HVAC Maintenance experienceEPA 608 certification requiredExperience with furnaces
Required
1+ years of HVAC Maintenance experience
EPA 608 certification required
Experience with furnaces, boilers, heat pumps, mini splits, and AC systems
Knowledge of electrical and low-voltage troubleshooting
Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
Preferred
Service Titan or similar field service software experience
