Responsibilities
- Alpaca Health is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Qualified Autism Services Practitioner – Supervisor (QASP-S) to join an ABA practice and provide high-quality, individualized care to clients and families.
- As a QASP-S, you will work closely with clients, caregivers, and your clinical team to develop and implement effective treatment plans while supporting meaningful progress and skill development.
- Conduct assessments and develop individualized ABA treatment plans.
- Provide and oversee evidence-based ABA services.
- Monitor client progress through data collection and analysis.
- Make data-driven adjustments to treatment plans as needed.
- Collaborate with caregivers and other members of the care team.
- Provide clinical guidance and supervision to behavior technicians, as applicable.
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
