Responsibilities
Works closely with Business Analysts and Developers to ensure the timely and effective delivery of Appian requirements.
Responsible for managing all aspects of Appian including configuration, customization and implementation of applications.
Supports acceptance criteria definition, and implements software quality assurance and user acceptance testing functions.
Collaborates with Technical team to determine how best to implement solution (decisions around declarative vs programmatic vs AppExchange, etc)
Leads Requirements activities
Leads the functional design activities
Responsible for declarative development (configuration, workflow, approval processing, reports, etc)

Required
3+ years of Appian solutioning or architecture experience
Experience translating future-state business capabilities and requirements into solution architecture requirements, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
Proven experience in proposing and estimating the financial impact of solution architecture alternatives to support strategic decision-making.
Appian Certification
Advanced Appian certifications and experience implementing large-scale, enterprise-level Appian solutions with complex workflows and integrations.
Strong knowledge of Appian best practices, performance optimization, and integration with external systems (e.g., REST APIs, third-party platforms).
Experience in Agile development, cloud deployments (e.g., Appian Cloud, AWS, or Azure), and utilizing Appian’s reporting and analytics capabilities.

The base pay range for this position in these locations is shown below. Compensation for roles at Accenture Federal Services varies depending on a wide array of factors, including but not limited to office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
