Responsibilities

Help customers understand how Compyl’s GRC platform solves security and compliance challenges
Partner closely with Sales to guide prospects through technical evaluations
Design tailored solutions and demonstrate platform capabilities
Act as a trusted advisor throughout the sales cycle from discovery to handoff
Provide feedback influencing product roadmap, onboarding, and customer experience

Qualification

4+ years in Sales EngineeringFamiliarity with GRC domains (e

Required

4+ years in Sales Engineering, Solutions Architecture, or Technical Consulting (SaaS, cybersecurity, GRC, or compliance experience strongly preferred).
Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure (Azure preferred), security frameworks, and APIs.
Proficient in communicating technical concepts to both technical and business audiences.
Familiarity with GRC domains (e.g., TPRM, IGA, BCDR) and tools such as OneTrust, Riskonnect, Onspring, or Zilla.
Knowledge of regulatory frameworks such as SOX, SOC 2, PCI, GDPR, NIST, and ISO 27001.
Excellent collaboration skills and a pragmatic, “compliance-by-design” mindset.
