SME Lead - Borrowing Base and Collateral Management

Required

• 7+ years of experience in asset-based lending, commercial lending operations, collateral monitoring, portfolio management, loan servicing, underwriting support, or implementation-related roles within financial services or fintech.
• Strong working knowledge of asset-based lending structures, borrower reporting, borrowing base calculations, collateral controls, servicing workflows, and related operational risk considerations.
• Demonstrated ability to translate business processes and operational requirements into system configurations, workflows, business rules, or implementation decisions.
• Experience participating in or leading client implementations, onboarding initiatives, process mapping, or system adoption efforts.
• Proven ability to communicate effectively with both business stakeholders and technical teams, translating complex operational concepts into clear actions and decisions.
• Strong facilitation, documentation, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to drive clarity, surface risks, and manage multiple priorities in a client-facing environment.
• Sound judgment and credibility when advising clients on workflow design, operational controls, system optimization, and adoption strategy.
