Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

Required

• Master's degree or higher in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, Special Education, or a related field
• Ability to meet Colorado and payer requirements for providing behavior-analytic services
• Experience conducting assessments and developing individualized treatment plans
• Knowledge of functional assessment and function-based intervention
• Strong understanding of ABA principles and evidence-based intervention
• Ability to supervise, train, and provide effective clinical feedback to RBTs
• Ability to independently analyze client progress and make clinically appropriate treatment modifications
• Strong caregiver coaching and interpersonal skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organization and time-management skills
• Ability to complete clinical documentation within required timelines
• Ability to provide in-person services in Grand Junction and surrounding areas
