Required

• Currently working toward an undergraduate degree (grad date between May 2028 and May 2029) in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, Psychology, or a related field
• Someone people trust with sensitive information, and who carries themselves professionally because of it
• At home in Google Sheets, formulas and all, and comfortable breaking a messy question into pieces to work it through to an answer
• We'd love to hear from you if you:
• Have taken a stats, strategy, or data visualization class
• Have worked through a data-oriented project from start to finish, like an experiment or case study
• Have prior experience or coursework in HR or a related field

The base salary offered for this position is determined by several factors, including the applicant’s job-related skills, relevant experience, education or training, and work location.
• In addition to base salary, our total compensation package may include participation in the company’s annual cash bonus plan, variable compensation (OTE) for sales and customer success roles, equity, sign-on payments, and a comprehensive range of health, welfare, and wellbeing benefits based on eligibility.
